The original Dark Forest Botanical Accord from which every Mabon / Alban Elfed creation begins.
Handcrafted entirely from botanical aromatic materials and supplied undiluted, this accord may be enjoyed in a variety of applications, including reed diffusers, oil burners and other botanical formulations.
There comes a moment when the harvest is no longer a promise.
The fruits have ripened.
The fields have given their abundance.
The year’s labour can finally be measured.
Aonta an Tomhais Iomláin was created to capture that moment.
Rich woods and deep earth form the heart of the fragrance, warmed by a mellow, almost honeyed richness that recalls the fullness of the gathered harvest. Through it comes the character of autumn fruit: ripe and rounded at first, yet carrying the faint bitter sharpness of apple skin and seed. Beneath it all lies a darker resinous depth, drawing the fragrance gently away from the warmth of harvest and towards the gathering darkness beyond the equinox.
There is abundance here, but also change.
Alban Elfed stands at the balance point. The harvest has reached its fullness, yet the land is already beginning to surrender what it no longer needs. What has been gathered must be valued. What has served its purpose must be allowed to fall away.
