Returns
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery by emailing:
tfreelander@dark-forest.co.uk
You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Condition of Returned Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, oil burner blends and fragrance products may only be returned if:
- The item is unused
- The bottle remains unopened
- Any safety seal is intact
- The product is in its original condition
We cannot accept returns of opened or used fragrance products unless they are faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
Refunds
Once returned goods are received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 days.
Original standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by law.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

We recommend using a tracked service when returning items, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
